What Makes Us Special

About Elizabethtown College

Located in historic Lancaster County PA, Elizabethtown College offers its 1900 students more than 50 academic programs in liberal arts, sciences and professional studies. At Elizabethtown, our motto, Educate for Service, links classroom instruction with experiential learning through Signature Learning Experiences (SLEs). Each student is guaranteed to experience at least two of five SLEs, supplementing classroom learning. When combined, SLEs prepare students for lives of purpose and are the hallmarks of the “Elizabethtown Experience.”
