About Rosemont College

Founded in 1921 by the Society of the Holy Child Jesus, Rosemont College is an independent liberal arts institution in the Catholic tradition located on the Main Line, 11 miles west of Philadelphia, on the border of Montgomery and Delaware Counties. The nationally-acclaimed, traditional Undergraduate Womenâ€™s College confers B.A., B.S. and B.F.A. degrees in twenty-three majors. Rosemont College also includes the coeducational Schools of Graduate and Professional Studies.

Asian/Pacific Islander
A person having origins in any of the original peoples of the Far East, Southeast Asia, the Indian Subcontinent, or Pacific Islands. This includes people from China, Japan, Korea, the Philippine Islands, American Samoa, India, and Vietnam. This is a category developed by the Federal Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and is used by institutions when reporting data on race/ethnicity to the federal government. American Indian/Alaska Native
A person having origins in any of the original peoples of North America and who maintains cultural identification through tribal affiliation or community recognition. A person having origins in any of the black racial groups of Africa (except those of Hispanic origin).
